UNITED Foundries Inc. (USA) acquires Rollworks from Dorbyl Group - the name changed to: SOUTH AFRICAN ROLL COMPANY (PTY) Ltd or SARCO

2008

Change in Ownership

UNITED Foundries sold SARCO to Shareholding Group comprising of Nedbank Capital Private Equity, Medu Capital & Management.
